We are pleased about the klimaaktiv silver, planning declaration with 773 points for the project Alsegger Straße 35 in the 18th district. In the case of this apartment building – which will consist of 10 apartments in the future – the greening and improvement of the microclimate was a major concern for all parties involved and could be implemented excellently. The use of a brine-to-water heat pump in combination with a photovoltaic system was an excellent way to implement climate-friendly measures.
