Your challenge

  • Coordination of the implementation of the general principles of risk prevention according to §7 Worker Protection Act (ASchG) during preliminary / execution design stages and the preparation of the construction project; creation of a safety and health protection plan according to §7 Construction Work Coordination Act (BauKg)
  • Coordination of the implementation and control of the general principles of risk prevention according to §7 Worker Protection Act (ASchG)
  • Cost-efficient and quality-oriented action in achieving the project goal
  • Coordination of the internal and external project process
  • Functioning as a contact person for authorities in Vienna and Lower Austria

Our expectations

  • Completed technical training (University of Applied Sciences [FH] / University of Technology [TU] or similar qualification)
  • Professional experience in the field of construction site coordination (at least 5 years)
  • Detailed knowledge of §7 Worker Protection Act (ASchG), Construction Work Coordination Act (BauKg) and accompanying specialist literature
  • Experienced handling of MS Office & common software
  • Assertiveness, structured approach and organizational talent
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and independent way of working

  • Experience in carrying out measurements, e.g. airborne and impact sound measurements
