The private museum of the Heidi Horten Collection is a best practice model of modern architecture based on a historical structure combined with modern art from the last 100 years.

In the past 24 months, we have been able to accompany the submission process as part of a §70a procedure of the Vienna building regulations code. During the lockdowns, we digitally confirmed the planning with the MA37BB authority that the museum complies with the building regulations. Here, all official tasks in terms of statics, building physics and fire protection were performed by our competent kppk team.

Special thanks for the cooperation at eye level goes to Prof. Mag. Marie-Therese Harnacourt-Fuchs & Arch. Mag. Ernst J. Fuchs from the next ENTERprise Architects ZT GmbH, Wolfgang Ruthensteiner from hochform architekten, Arch. DI Markus Spiegelfeld from Werkstatt Wien and the MA37BB. Finally, we are pleased that Heidi Goëss-Horten was able to open her museum in the Hanuschhof in the heart of Vienna’s city center and made her art collection accessible to the public.
