The planning for the new district office of the Red Cross in Mistelbach is in full swing. A new reinforced concrete building was developed together with URBANZESCH Architekten, which offers sufficient space for the administration department, a training area as well as garages and storage areas. With regard to a fast construction process, primarily prefabricated & semi-finished elements will be used. Thanks to the use of our tried-and-tested ROSE tool, taking the investment costs into account, the provision of heat using an air-to-water heat pump has emerged as the ideal solution for the client.
