The location of the building at the north corner of the property allows the open area to be opened to the south. The through-hole entrance hall, which offers an attractive view from the main entrance to the open space, is being discussed particularly positively. The open space is rated very positively in its urban configuration. The project is comprehensible and well presented in terms of sustainability and the energy concept. The project is at the forefront of circular total weighting and deserves special recognition.
