On 30.09.2019, the courthouse in Salzburg was awarded the State Prize “Architecture and Sustainability” for its renovation and expansion. Planned by the architectural firm Franz und Sue ZT GmbH and implemented by the clientele BIG Bundesimmobiliengesellschaft m.b.H., we were commissioned with the implementation of the structural design and building physics parts.For the first time, it was possible for a federal building under monument protection to be awarded klimaaktiv gold for its renovation. For the new building, the building rating klimaaktiv silver was achieved.
