Two-storey temporary wood-steelglass construction made of wooden massif beams and panels on steel columns with
three-sided, floor-to-ceiling insulating glazing. The building was built on the foundations of a small post office from the 1920s, the substructure is made of steel.

During the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro (BRA), the house of Loidl GmbH was home to the TV broadcasting studios of ORF and Swiss television and offered a 270 degree unobstructed view of Ipanema Beach.
