Together, reduce economically sustainable CO2
The „klimaaktiv Building and Renovation“ programme is part of the BMIMI’s climate protection initiative „klimaaktiv“. As a programme partner, we cooperate with this initiative with regard to the dissemination of the klimaaktiv building standard and a holistic view of the CO2 impact.
To guarantee this to the highest standard, we train our employees to become klimaaktiv competence partners, among other things. This ensures that we act in accordance with the efficient klimaaktiv standards and guidelines in our company and can implement requirements in terms of energy efficiency and renewable energy technologies in the best possible way.
R.O.S.E.®
R.O.S.E.® was created to compare alternative energy sources with conventional thermal energy sources. R.O.S.E.® can determine the exact amortization time at the beginning of a project based on the present value method.

How does it work?
REACT
„The clear aim of REACT is to identify critical points in relation to CO2 emissions at an early stage and to initiate the targeted reduction of emissions as early as possible. The tool is designed to analyse the CO2 emissions of a building over its entire life cycle.“
Membership with ÖGNI & Further Training as an ÖGNI Registered Professional
We are pleased to announce our membership with the Austrian Sustainable Building Council (ÖGNI), allowing us to actively contribute to the sustainable construction and real estate industry. This membership underscores our commitment to ecological, economic, and social sustainability in our projects.
Furthermore, the first training for the ÖGNI CONSULTANT has already been successfully completed. This certification confirms in-depth expertise in the criteria of sustainable building certification and strengthens our competence in implementing sustainable construction projects.
With this knowledge, we are increasingly focusing on sustainable solutions and innovative concepts for a future-oriented real estate development.
Working together in an environmentally conscious and sustainable way
In 2020, we introduced the voluntary environmental management system EMAS (Eco-Management and Audit Scheme) to continuously align our company with the path of sustainability and climate neutrality in all its sub-areas. In recent years, we have already reached important milestones and achieved numerous successes. As civil engineers, we support the path to a positive climate future, for example in construction and renovation, and thus also the Austrian federal government’s goal of “climate neutrality by 2040”. We are committed to environmentally conscious behaviour in all our areas of activity and maintain an open dialogue with our stakeholders. A transparent and efficient environmental management system supports all our activities to reduce environmental impact, save resources and continuously improve.
BGF Quality Seal
We are delighted to have been awarded with the BGF quality seal. Since 2004, the seal of quality for workplace health promotion has been awarded by the BGF network – an association of social insurance organisations and social partners – with the support of the Austrian Health Promotion Fund.
Companies of all sizes and sectors can be honoured for the performance of successfully completed BGF projects and their implementation in regular operations. Only through the active participation of employees we can identify potential for improvement, develop solutions to problems and implement the workplace health promotion project successfully.
