The revitalization of the former Belveder Stöckl on the edge of the Schwarzenberg Garden has created a place that combines modern architecture with living brewing culture.
Our contribution:
- Structural framework as reinforced concrete skeleton construction, supplemented by wide-span frames in the attic.
- Building physics with the highest sound insulation requirements to ensure operation and approval.
- Building services with complex supply and disposal logistics and integrated beer pipeline system.
- Fire protection for up to 880 guests with a customized evacuation and firefighting concept in coordination with the fire department.
Result: A harmonious interplay between new construction and listed buildings, bringing contemporary gastronomy back to a place steeped in history.
