Following the successful feasibility study and the granting of the building permit, construction work on the “Schiefer Apfelbaum” project at Hanuschstrasse 26 in Linz is about to begin. On behalf of “GSA Linz”, 46 subsidized rental apartments are being built around the city’s oldest inn. At the same time, the historic inn is being extensively renovated by the general contractor. In cooperation with the architects Stögmüller ZT GmbH, the “GSA” and the general contractor, the new building with underground car park, parking deck and a three- and six-storey residential building in solid construction is being realized.
Once again, we are placing particular emphasis on sustainability in this residential construction project: with photovoltaic systems, ecological insulation materials and a very good energy balance, we are offsetting the carbon footprint of the mineral construction method and thus making a further contribution to environmentally conscious urban development in Linz. We look forward to the coming months full of exciting tasks!
