Raiffeisenbank Region St. Pölten eGen is sending a strong signal for regionality, future security, and customer proximity with the comprehensive relaunch of its bank branches in Herzogenburg, Karlstetten, Ober-Grafendorf, Böheimkirchen, and Kirchberg an der Pielach. In recent years, these locations have not only been brought up to the latest technical standards, but also redesigned architecturally (feld72 Architekten ZT GmbH / Hoffelner Schmid Architekten ZT GmbH) – with a clear focus on sustainability, energy efficiency, and barrier-free accessibility.
The modernization work included the complete renovation of the building services (HVAC), the conversion to district heating and local heating, the installation of modern air conditioning systems—with barely visible air outlets—and the implementation of the latest fire protection concepts. Particularly noteworthy are the individually designed consultation rooms such as “Stube,” “Cube,” and “Treffpunkt,” which are not only functionally impressive but also create a pleasant indoor climate—supported by innovative feel-good elements such as the fully automated “Green Wall.”
The issues of accessibility and energy efficiency have also been consistently implemented: elevators, accessible sanitary facilities, and modern MSR systems ensure comfort and safety – for customers and employees alike. The renovations were carried out in a remarkably short construction period and took into account regional challenges such as flood damage, which were mastered with a high degree of professionalism in Böheimkirchen and Kirchberg.
The projects impressively demonstrate how technical excellence, sustainable planning, and customer-oriented design can go hand in hand. They exemplify the values of Raiffeisenbank Region St. Pölten eGen: responsibility for the region, innovative strength, and future orientation.
