Schiefer Apfelbaum

Together with Stögmüller Architekten, we are planning the “Schiefer Apfelbaum” project at Hanuschstrasse 6 in Linz for GSA Linz. The 6-storey residential building including the adjoining service apartment building is to be further developed in conventional construction and brought to construction maturity in 2022.
Through the use of PV systems, ecological insulation materials and an excellent energy balance, we will make up for the CO² shortcoming of mineral construction and make a lasting contribution to Linz’s urban development. We are already looking forward to the next few months of exciting planning work.
