Renovation of the Raiffeisenbank Traismauer was extensively renovated and modernized. The existing building was completely gutted, stripped back to the shell and then converted and extended. The focus was not only on modernizing the structural substance, but also on creating an innovative branch concept.
As an initial project, this branch sets new standards and serves as a prototype for future branches. The new design creates a modern and inviting atmosphere for customers and employees. The conversion was carried out to the highest technical and sustainability to ensure optimal use and efficiency.
Our contribution includes structural design, building physics, building services engineering, fire protection planning and construction site coordination. In close cooperation with feld72 architects zt gmbh, a pioneering bank branch with 350m² of usable space was created.
The modernized Raiffeisenbank branch in Traismauer is a successful example of innovative architecture and sustainable construction that will serve as a blueprint for other branches.
