The school building of Prof. Richter in the 90s was a remarkable attempt to bring light into the darkness and to try a modern – at that time utopian – glass construction. We were entrusted with the task of assessing the current state and creating a basis for decision-making for the city of Vienna on how to deal with this object in the future. It was important to us to deal with this heritage as objectively and respectfully as possible and to evaluate it.
