Owned by Raiffeisenbank Region St. Pölten eGen, the building of the Herzogenburg bank was built in 1976; the façade was redesigned in 1985. After more than 35 years, the branch has now received a “new coat of paint” and is now at the current state of the art. The model for the appearance was the branch concept of the architectural offices feld 72 architekten zt gmbh and Hoffelner Schmid Architekten ZT GmbH, which was already implemented in 2019 at the Traismauer bank office.

The building was completely gutted and redesigned; all HKLS installations modernized accordingly and the heating system converted to local heating Herzogenburg. In the air conditioning, hardly visible air outlets were selected, whereby an almost invisible technique could be implemented without loss of comfort. Especially in the individual consulting areas such as Stube and Cube, added value was created for the customers. The development of a fire protection concept contributed significantly to increasing the security level of the branch. In the “meeting point area”, which is available for consultations, a modern “Green Wall” provides a unique eye-catcher. In addition to the optical enhancement, this also has a positive regulating effect on the room climate.
