The STAMAG Stadlauer Malzfabrik Gesellschaft m.b.H. is currently building a new 3-storey production plant (approx. 1700 m²) on its company premises. The plant will comprise driverless vehicles (AGV – automated guided vehicles / a driverless transport system with magnetic control) on which the material transport takes place, large mixing plants for dough (mixers of approx. 2m in size), 15m high stainless steel cylinder silos on a massive steel grid construction, a 14m high-bay warehouse, complex conveyor technology and a bridge construction connecting the objects.

The primary construction is designed as a reinforced concrete structure. In some cases, larger bearing loads or larger working loads of the transport system (total weight of 4.5 tons plus vibration coefficient) had to be taken into account. The facade and the supporting substructures for the silos and various platforms as well as production planes were designed as typical steel construction but also in stainless steel. We wish the company good luck with the new facility!
