It includes all steps from the development of three-dimensional static models to the analysis of force flows and the integration of various disciplines in order to realize efficient and sustainable structural solutions.

These comprehensive structural engineering and structural analysis services guarantee compliance with building regulations, the safety of structures and the quality and sustainability of construction projects.

Existing structures are examined for geometry, materials and load-bearing capacity and the current condition is documented in accordance with OIB guidelines and damage classes. The capacity verification checks the load-bearing capacity for additional loads, for example for loft conversions, using finite element analyses. In addition, the risk analysis identifies hazard scenarios and optimizes the reliability of the structure. A precise calculation of seismic loas is carried out for the effects of earthquakes, taking into account the subsoil and building geometry.

The structural design department develops and optimizes structural solutions through to approval, while the implementation planning department creates detailed formwork and reinforcement plans as well as work instructions. In the structural testing department, buildings with high safety requirements, such as critical infrastructure or social facilities, are monitored by independent test engineers. Special services – such as glass statics – include the calculation and planning of glass structures and their approval.
