Our fire protection planning aims to develop measures that correspond to all legal and official requirements and are economical and efficient at the same time. We carefully integrate the regulations of the federal states, special requirements of the authorities and the specifications of experts into the planning.
We create fire protection concepts in accordance with the specifications of the Austrian Institute of Building Technology. These include preventive and defensive fire protection, emergency and evacuation scenarios as well as solutions specially tailored to larger construction projects in order to optimally achieve the fire protection goals.
Our fire protection consulting services support architects and building owners with new builds and renovations, focusing in particular on cost-efficient measures and minimal loss of space. The concepts consider static, building physics and building services requirements and analyse risks such as the fire spread or loss of load-bearing capacity to develop suitable countermeasures.
In the area of evacuation planning and escape route concepts, we place particular emphasis on the protection of people in buildings with a high public traffic volume, such as event centers, hospital or schools. Escape routes are planned in a way that complies with legal requirements and escape options.
We also draw up fire protection plans in accordance with TRVB 121 O and escape route plans in accordance with DIN ISO 23601. We also take care of the official coordination and on site planning. Our aim is to ensure the best possible protection for people, buildings and emergency services through careful and detailed planning.
