Together with the entire team at Windkraft Simonsfeld AG, we are delighted to have received the klimaaktiv Gold completion declaration, achieving 1000 out of 1000 klimaaktiv points for their headquarters in Ernstbrunn.
As the technical general planner, we were able to take an important step towards sustainable and future-proof construction in this project. The new headquarters is not only an architectural highlight, @juritroyarchitects, but also a prime example of how ecological responsibility and regional ties can work together successfully.
🏗️ Sustainability as a guiding principle:
From conception to completion, the focus was on environmentally friendly, regional and recycled materials. Thanks to a single-origin construction method, the building is fully recyclable at the end of its life cycle – a real contribution to the circular economy.
⚡ Energy-efficient technologies:
A well thought-out energy concept with geothermal probes, thermally activated clay walls and a powerful photovoltaic system shows how energy efficiency can be implemented sustainably.
🤝 Regional cooperation:
This project was implemented in close cooperation with local businesses. This not only strengthens the regional economy, but also minimizes the ecological impact thanks to short transport routes.

The klimaaktiv Gold certification – from planning to completion – confirms the high standards of sustainability and quality that everyone involved in this project has set as their goal.
