Our current construction site in Mödling is taking shape: Work on the basement level of the residential complex is progressing rapidly. The solid floor slab, which serves both as a load-bearing and waterproofing structure, is largely completed – including local reinforcements and level differences that are designed to adapt to the terrain.
The ceiling above the basement is also steadily advancing. In the future, it will support the four residential buildings built on top as well as the outdoor areas. The reinforcement was carefully installed and checked through random inspections as part of the reinforcement acceptance process.
The basement level will later serve not only as an underground parking garage but will also house technical and storage rooms – a well-thought-out combination of functionality and efficiency.
We’re excited to share this fascinating construction progress with you and will continue to provide regular updates and insights!
