After a construction period of just twelve weeks, the Karlstetten branch of the Raiffeisenbank Region St. Pölten has been completely renovated and modernized. In addition to the branches in Traismauer and Herzogenburg, and the main headquarters in St. Pölten, this was the fourth renovation within the last four years. The customer service centre was also relaunched.
In Karlstetten, for example, rooms such as the parlour, the cube and the meeting room are now available in their unmistakable appearances. The branch was equipped with a heat pump system for air conditioning and is now well prepared for the coming years; the existing local (district) heating connection is used to heat the premises. The automatic watering of the full-surface green wall and the day-night cycle are fully controlled by the HVAC system. In addition, the IT and security technology was brought up to date.
