Redesign of Porsche Vienna-Liesing – a major project in focus

Since 2015, the Porsche Vienna-Liesing site has been restructured, modernized, and expanded in a complex process – while remaining in operation.
We were able to contribute our expertise in structural engineering, building physics, construction site coordination, fire protection, and as test engineers.

Key requirements:

•    Implementation of current dealer standards and corporate identity.
•    Expansion to accommodate technical innovations and growing customer needs.
•    Transformation to sustainable infrastructure: photovoltaics on facades and roofs, preparation for e-mobility.

Special focus: fire protection.

Personal safety, neighbor protection, protection of emergency services, and property protection were ensured by a customized fire protection concept—an essential basis for safe operation on this extensive site.
The result: A location that combines the highest technical standards with a unique customer experience.
